SMART Management is looking for experienced school administrators, principals and assistant principals, for its managed charter schools in Orange County. SMART Management oversees BridgePrep Academy charter schools which are an expanding network of Cognia Systems Accredited charter schools with a challenging academic curriculum that encompasses a unique Spanish Extended Second Language Model and real-life learning experiences that will enable all students to achieve academic success through a technology-rich learning environment. BridgePrep Academy promotes strong communication skills, a global perspective, and an appreciation for diversity in order to prepare students for postsecondary studies and 21st century careers.

The school administrators serve as the chief administrator of a school, supervises all school personnel, develops and implements policies, programs, curriculum activities and budgets in a manner that promotes the educational development of each student and the professional development of each staff member.

The school administrators identifies annual objectives for the instructional, extracurricular and athletic programs of the school in addition to providing activities which facilitate the professional growth of the school staff and enhance the quality of the instructional program.
