Full-time Pre-Kinder Four Year Old Teacher

Responsible for the instruction of the preschool program for our 4-year-old room. We take a holistic and student-centered approach toward helping students and parents transition successfully into our elementary school. The candidate will work collaboratively with the rest of the early childhood team to ensure students are prepared for our rigorous Catholic elementary program.

Primary responsibilities: - Oversee an innovative and holistic 4-year-old Pre-K Program - Develop innovative, rigorous, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons plans - Use student data to meet the educational needs of all students - Infuse 21st Century skills throughout practice - Create a positive environment where students feel welcomed and valued - Work closely with other Early Childhood team members - Keep abreast of current topics in education - Return parent emails within 24 hrs - Support the mission and vision of Saint Olaf Catholic School - Other duties as assigned
