Speech Language Pathologist Assistant-TEMP

JOB SUMMARY
Position is responsible for helping to reduce or eliminate speech impediments that interfere with the individual student's ability to derive full benefit from the division's educational program. Position is responsible for providing speech/language services to meet the individual needs of students with oral communication and speech/language impairments. Position is responsible for screening and assessment; goal development; and planning/implementing appropriate speech and language treatment services to maximize student learning.  Works under the direction of the speech language pathologist.

Must hold a SLPA certification from the state of Virginia

Pay:  $21.00/hr

This is a temporary position for the remainder for the 2021-22 school year
