Job Summary
Works with teachers to prepare a database for all special education students and services as assigned school locations.  Attendance and physical presence are required and is an essential function of this position.
Essential Functions

  • Updates teacher spreadsheets to reflect changes each month
  • Submits changes monthly to district office personnel
  • Organizes and updates active and inactive files
  • Prepares files for end-of-year to transfer to next location
  • Ensures files are current
  • Works with teachers to ensure accurate information is recorded on database in a timely manner
  • Accurate tracking of mileage

Required Education and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Utah Driver’s license
