Position Summary: The Executive Director of Family, Community and Youth Empowerment provides strategic leadership to develop and drive goals that will result in engaged, educated and empowered families and communities that support youth development. This position leads teams who are responsible for the development and implementation of culturally sensitive and results driven strategies for outreach, engagement, and partnership practices designed to meet the diverse needs of TPS families and communities. As part of our vision to expand learning and empower our youth, this position will lead the advancement of expanded learning opportunities with Tulsa youth serving organizations to engage students in quality out-of-school time learning experiences.
