IT Support Employee
Newcastle Public Schools is accepting applications for an IT Support employee.
Applicants should have at least one year of experience in a Windows Desktop support role and in troubleshooting a wide range of technical support issues. The primary job responsibilities will be troubleshooting and resolving problems out in the field while interacting with all district employees. A good personality, excellent customer service skills and a commitment to finding the best end-user experience are a must. Additional job responsibilities will include pickup and delivery of equipment, installing equipment such as computers, projectors, display boards and cabling, as well as office timing troubleshooting and imaging devices.
