Position Summary: The Plant Operation Zone Manager is expected to provide quality service to all schools every day. Expected to supervise, coach and train new and current custodians and head custodians. Meet with school administrators once or twice a week, regarding any employee or building concerns or issues. Maintain schools supply budget, keep track of supply budgets reports. Must report maintenance & grounds concerns. Must keep Plant Operation Manager informed on day-to-day operations. Must be able to train employees on safety standards to reduce injuries. This position will also require the employee to perform other related facilities, maintenance and grounds duties as assigned /or directed by the manager.
