Special Education Teacher
Must hold a license issued by Utah State Office of Education.
The license must be in one of the following types: Special Education (K-12+) (Level 1), Special Education (K-12+) (Level 2), Special Education (K-12+) (Level 3).
The license position area must be in one of the following areas: Mild/Moderate Disabilities, Special Education (General).
The license must be in one of the following grades: Preschool/Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th.
The license status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.
Position is for a Special Education Teacher primarily teaching Math to elementary resource students. Applicant must be able to teach math to students in a resource setting and regular classroom setting under the direction of the Special Education Coordinator. Instruction primarily will be one-on-one and in small groups. Some instruction will be within a regular education classroom utilizing a push-in type model of teaching.
