SY: 21-22 Secondary Science Teacher
Must hold a certificate issued by Florida Department of Education.
The certificate must be in one of the following types: Professional Certificate, Temporary Certificate, Statement of Status of Eligibility.
The certificate position area must be in one of the following areas: Biology/Life Science, Chemistry, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Physics, Science (General), Space Science.
The certificate must be in one of the following grades: 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The certificate status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.
Classroom teachers teach a diverse student population (size 18-22) at the secondary science level (6-12). This high school teacher should be well versed in Biology & Chemistry for instruction in honors and advanced placement courses. Teachers create lessons and prepare students for standardized testing, as well as becoming productive citizens in society.
