SY: 21-22 Secondary Honors/AP English Language Arts Teachers
Must hold a certificate issued by Florida Department of Education.
The certificate must be in one of the following types: Professional Certificate, Temporary Certificate, Statement of Status of Eligibility.
The certificate position area must be in one of the following areas: English as a Second Language (EFL/ELL/ESL/ESOL), English, Reading, Reading/Language Arts, Debate/Argumentation, Speech/Public Speaking.
The certificate must be in one of the following grades: 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The certificate status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.
Secondary English Language Arts teachers teach a diverse student population (size 18-22) at the middle, high school, and Advanced Placement( AP) levels(6-12). Articulate english teachers provide rigorous instruction in Informational & Literary Literature, Composition, and Speaking & Listening at the Middle, High and Advanced Placement levels. Teachers create lessons and prepare students for standardized testing as well as becoming productive citizens in society.
