Position Summary: The Manager of College and Career Readiness is responsible for supporting secondary schools in providing effective college and career advising to their students. In particular, the Manager of College and Career Readiness will ensure that advisory courses are planned, implemented, monitored, evaluated and continuously improved across the district, with a focus on Individualized Career and Academic Plan (ICAP) completion and student wellness. In addition, the Manager of College and Career Readiness is responsible to support secondary schools in planning, implementing, evaluating and improving programs and pathways that are designed to lead students to postsecondary success. The ultimate goal for this position is that students will be better prepared for success in college, career and life.
