The school is operated by Utah Connections Academy, a nonprofit corporation, through a contract with Connections Academy of Utah, LLC, to provide its educational program and other services. UCA is accredited by the Northwest Accreditation Commission, an accrediting division of AdvancED.

Position Summary and Responsibilities:
Working from the school office in Salt Lake City, Utah, the Administrative Assistant will be a part of an energetic and thriving community. An online school has an environment conducive to supporting the various needs of teachers, administrators, students, and parents – all while being part of an organization that will value and support you. The Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in supporting: student and family transitions to the UCA model, student enrollment and retention services, cultivating communication between UCA families and staff, and supporting the Special Education Department.
Entering data into the school information system; Generating reports; Answering questions from schools, fa;milies, and students; Scheduling meetings and venues Assisting the school principal and office manager with a wide variety of daily responsibilities; and Additional duties as assigned.
