The primary responsibilities of all front office personnel are to provide excellent customer service both internally to staff and externally to our families. They are expected to be a courteous and friendly first point-of-contact for face-to-face and telephone interactions. They must support the mission of Kid’s Community College, and set high expectations for customer service and a positive work environment.
