Description: Under general supervision, prepares and maintains student scheduling information for Sunnyside Unified School District.

Prepares and processes academic student schedules and the master schedule; enters course requests; verifies and processes grades; distributes grades and report cards; maintains student transcripts; enters, maintains and processes registration and withdrawals for students; creates data files in the computer.
Compiles reports and prints quarterly reports; troubleshoots operating system and server; maintains files; answers phones, types reports and schedules; fills and stocks materials/supply requests; provides assistance to administrative personnel and general public; assists staff with computer entry and system procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and other Characteristics:
Knowledge of District policies and procedures.
Knowledge of School System Master Schedule.
Knowledge of Federal and State regulations.
Skill in preparing and maintaining schedules and reports.
Skill in operating computers and programs.
Skill in following oral and written instructions.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Physical Requirements: Work is performed in an indoor environment. Work requires frequent sitting, bending, repetitive motion, vision to monitor and lifting up to 20 pounds.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, and one (1) year of computer courses and clerical training/experience. Additional certifications may also be required as specified by the District.
Salary Grade: 9 Hourly Pay: $12.15 Hours per Day: 8 Days in Contract: 260 Start Date: 2021/2022 School Year
