Speech & Language Pathologist
Must hold a license issued by any agency.
The license position area must be in Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist.
The license must be in one of the following grades: Preschool/Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The license status must be active.
1-provide early education speech screening to all students entering school for the first time; 2-provide speech & language evaluations to students suspected of a disability; 3-conduct hearing assessments; 4-provide speech therapy to students determined to be eligible for speech and language services; 5-participate in child-study & eligibility meetings; 6-other duties as assigned by the Director of Special Education; 7-demonstrates professional, moral & ethical standards as well as personal integrity in all interactions within the school and within the community; 8-possess good physical & mental health& personal qualities which build the confidence of pupils, parents, teachers, another school administrators;, 9- other such qualifications that the school board might accept in lieu of any of the above.
