Must hold a certificate issued by Florida Department of Education.
The certificate must be in one of the following types: Professional Certificate, Temporary Certificate, Statement of Status of Eligibility.
The certificate position area must be in one of the following areas: English, Journalism, Reading, Reading Specialist, Reading/Language Arts, Algebra I, Algebra II, Calculus, Geometry, Math (General), Pre-Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Probability and Statistics, Trigonometry, Mathematics I, Mathematics II, Mathematics III, Biology/Life Science, Chemistry, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Physics, Science (General), Space Science, Economics, Geography, History - US, History - World, Humanities, Philosophy, Political Science/Government, Psychology, Social Studies (General), Sociology, Architecture, Drafting and Design, Biomedical, Communications, Computer Networking, Computer Programming, Computer Science, Construction, Electronics, Energy and Power, Engineering, Graphics/CAD, Industrial Systems, Information, Instructional, Materials and Manufacturing Processes, Transportation, Distribution and Logistics.
The certificate must be in one of the following grades: 6th, 7th, 8th.
