Position Description: This position is responsible for supplementing and supporting the instructional initiatives of the school division while coaching, supporting, and guiding teachers in research based instructional strategies, content knowledge, and best practices in elementary education. This position conducts in-service training, performs classroom visitations, provides instructional feedback, and co-teaches and models instructional strategies.
Minimum Qualifications: A Master's degree in education with a minimum of five successful years teaching at the elementary level is required. The selected candidate must demonstrate evidence of involvement in school activities and committees involving leadership responsibilities beyond those required in the classroom.
