This is a remote position with all needed technology provided by the school. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to come to the Orem administrative offices on rare occasions.
The registrar must provide their own robust internet connection at home and be able to use their own cell phone in order to fulfill their job duties. The school will request a phone app be installed and utilized to make and receive phone calls, text messages, and voicemails on the registrar's phone.
Job Duties Include: * Front office support - answering phones, assisting with school communication, etc.
* Attendance monitoring and reporting
* Maintaining accurate and confidential records, registering new students, collecting data regarding students, maintaining transcripts regarding students, transferring registration materials to relevant departments, preparing withdrawal forms for students leaving the school, sending records to a student’s new school, maintaining a database of grades and transcripts, maintaining records regarding student attendance, verifying graduation requirements, providing transcripts to colleges, compiling information regarding students for various publications, and providing information to various scholarship programs. This position requires a person who is highly organized and attentive to details.
* Work schedule is 8-4 PM, M-F during the school year. Some additional hours may occasionally be required during the summer months. This position requires no travel.
