New Kent County Public Schools is seeking a qualified Speech/Language Pathologist for a temporary position to focus on therapy for virtual students and students attenting in person.  Please review the attached job description for a General Definition of Work; Qualifications; Essential Functions; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities; Education and Experience; and Physical Requirements. 

Minimum Qualifications:
 Master's degree with coursework in speech or language pathology and licensed by the Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP). https://www.dhp.virginia.gov/aud/

Position Details: Part Time; 8 Hours per day; 5 days per week on site; There are no benefits associated with a temporary/ long term substitute position. 

Salary Scale: Speech/ Occupational Therapist Scale; Commensurate with experience. 

Reports To: Principal and Executive Director of Exceptional Children and Student Services 

FSLA Status: Exempt
