Career Path High, a charter school located in Kaysville, Utah, is now accepting applications for a full-time Office Manager.

Career Path High ( is a non-profit charter high school that is reinventing secondary education. We are a cutting-edge, blended learning flex model that has integrated innovative technology and best-in-class education strategies to provide each student with a personalized education program and a direct pathway to college and career.

Students are located on the Davis Technical College campus and simultaneously immersed in a high school track while experiencing a college environment. Through an optimal blend of virtual instruction and hands-on mentored training, our students are receiving a world-class education that prepares them to be strong leaders and contributing citizens.

The Career Path High model is based on the commitment that every student will graduate with a high school diploma and a pathway to a career through technical certification and/or college. The goal is 100% student placement either in the workforce, an institution of higher education, or continuation in an Applied Technology College program.

Responsibilities include: • Administration and staff support • Office Management • Face of front office • Interaction with students and parents • Phone and written communications • Office supply inventory • Purchase Orders/payments and reimbursements • USBE compliance reporting • Student Records Management • Student Information System • Enrollment and attendance • Maintenance of student cumulative files • Transcripts • Process Inventory such as but not limited to: • Tracking student enrollment and registration • Computers
