Monitor data collection and management of Free/Reduced Lunch program Ensure compliance with data submission deadlines for school meal program Manage purchase order requests, requisitions and invoices Work closely with the financial controller to process payroll Monitor grants and federal programs Manage company travel and any applicable reimbursements Collect insurance documents and payments for facility rentals with operations manager’s assistance Manage new employee onboarding Gather required paperwork Act as human resources manager at school site Manage staff PTO balances Work with homecourt operations team as the main point of contact on-site for all staff hiring, dismissal, disputes, and human resources escalations Type, proofread copy, distribute, and file correspondence as needed or requested Assist office staff with the distribution of student/parent communication/materials, as well as the distribution of school staff communication/materials Assist director with required and/or varied reports Other duties as assigned
