Position Summary: The Associate Application Manager is responsible for working directly with individuals at school sites and departments across the district to support with research and analysis of system application needs and problems. This involves providing assistance, advice, problem solving, system administration and technical information to end-users regarding the effective use of software applications. In addition, this role executes various batch processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of system output delivery. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting with the maintenance and upkeep of multiple applications that provide school leaders, teachers district staff and students the ability to deliver the best possible education experience.
