Elementary Instructional Coach
Frederick County Public Schools is seeking Instructional Coaches to work collaboratively with professional staff and administrators at the elementary level to support quality instruction. Instructional Coaches will provide group and individualized instructional support to teachers based on goals and specific identified needs.

Applicants must be eligible for, or hold, a Virginia teaching license with an endorsement in Elementary Education or a Virginia Postgraduate Professional license (Master's Degree) or equivalent from another state. Preference will be given to those with Kindergarten through grade 5 experience, and to those with experience in instructional coaching at the elementary level. Candidates with National Board Certification and/or a Virginia license with a Teacher as Leader or Mentor Teacher designation may be considered in lieu of certain experience requirements.
The salary range is $42,500-$82,099 (salary scale 20-21).
