Must hold a license issued by Utah State Office of Education.
The license must be in one of the following types: Special Education (K-12+) (Level 1), Special Education (K-12+) (Level 2).
The license position area must be in one of the following areas: Autism, Early Intervention Specialist, Emotional Behavior Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Mild/Moderate Disabilities, Special Education (General).
The license must be in one of the following grades: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th.
The license status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program. Expired certifications will be considered.

Description

Navigator Pointe Academy, a public charter school focused on student academic achievement and personal character development, is seeking a licensed SPECIAL EDUCATION MILD/MODERATE teacher to join our team of K-8th grade educators.

We are looking for a person who is energized by a strong academic program and passionate about helping each student excel academically and personally.
