South Summit School District is seeking highly qualified applicants for a full-time Secretary at South Summit Middle School. Salary will be based on the 2020-2021 Classified Salary Schedule and will receive 100% paid family medical benefits, retirement/pension, life insurance, and paid time off. • Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. Applicant must have three years of experience in an office environment, preferably in a school or district setting. An Associate’s degree may be used to substitute years of experience.

• Requires strong computer technology skills, including Microsoft Office products. • District computer system experience highly preferred. • Requires effective problem solving, organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Requires attention to detail and accuracy of work. • Requires references demonstrating personal integrity and dependability. • Must demonstrate competence in reading, writing and basic math. • Requires successful data entry ability. • Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to problem solve and initiate activities within broad policy and procedural guidelines. • Dependability, reliability, and job commitment
