Special Education Teacher 5th - 9th
Must hold a license issued by Utah State Office of Education.
The license must be in one of the following types: Special Education (K-12+) (Level 1), Special Education (K-12+) (Level 2), Special Education (K-12+) (ARL).
The license position area must be in one of the following areas: Autism, Deaf-Blind, Early Intervention Specialist, Educational Diagnostician, Emotional Behavior Disabilities, Hearing Impairment, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Mild/Moderate Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Severe/Profound Disabilities, Special Education (General), Traumatic Brain Injury, Visual Impairment.
The license status must be active.
Full Time Special Education Teacher, responsible for teaching resource classes including but not limited to social skills, co-teaching in a general ed classroom and case management. Preferred experience in mild behavior and autism, but not necessary. Must be able to write IEPs and maintain IEP paperwork, have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively. Compensation is competitive based on experience.
