Speech and Language Technician *WORK FROM HOME* (#2093219)
Must hold a license issued by Utah State Office of Education.
The license must be in one of the following types: Speech - Language Technician (Level 1), Speech - Language Technician (Level 2), Speech - Language Technician (Level 3).
The license position area must be in Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist.
The license must be in one of the following grades: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The license status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.
Speech and Language Technicians will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to work with and assist in providing services to K-12 age students in a fun, virtual environment. Most work will be done from home via telecommuting, utilizing a program such as Zoom (provided by the school) to work with students. Students will range in age from Kindergarten to 12th grade, and each Technician will be assigned to a caseload of approximately 40 students. Speech and Language Technicians may also be asked to participate in meetings, trainings and other school activities, as determined appropriate by the school.
