Job Description The Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (USDB) invites you to consider a challenging and diverse employment opportunity with our Agency. We are looking for a visionary and dynamic individual to fill our Educator for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing – LSL Classroom located in Ogden at the South Weber Elementary School.

Principal Duties As an Educator you will: • Provide appropriate programming for deaf/hard-of-hearing students • Generate information/reports on children as appropriate • Follow appropriate curriculums as provided • Takes a collaborative role at staffing meetings, IEP meetings, student transitions, and aids in IEP success through appropriate assessments, including assessment of hearing functioning, language acquisition, goal development, and follow-through of the IEP
