Position:        Special Education Job Coach-Part-Time Non Unit
 
Pennsauken Public Schools is an urban/suburban Pre-K to 12th grade school district of approximately 5,000 students located in Camden County, New Jersey   
 
Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the production of job duties for the special education student while on a job site
  • Assess the worker's strengths and needs or may rely on an already completed assignment
  • Directly observe the abilities of the employee and any arears needing improvement and then provide immediate feedback and assistance
  • Develop rapport with individuals, groups and communities work sites to improve the employability of students
Qualifications:          
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years work experience
  • Experience working with children 
  • MUST pass NJ Criminal History Review Unit fingerprinting requirement
  • New Jersey State residency requirements for public employees in effect
 
Terms:  
  • $15.00 hr.
