This position has the unique responsibility of supporting the various needs of teachers, administrators, students, and parents – all while being part of an organization that will value and support you. The School Community Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting: student and family transitions to the UCA model, student enrollment and retention services, cultivating communication between UCA families and staff, and overseeing the implementation of parent/student programs.
Develop meaningful and professional relationships across a diverse population of students and families Collaborate with and coach students and families through their transition into UCA Assess student needs using all available tools and resources to determine best course placements Develop student action plans Coordinate programs that serve the needs of students, families, and staff of UCA Provide feedback on ways to continuously improve the student and family experience Oversee communication efforts with school stakeholders Perform other office duties as assigned by the school principal and school office manager Develop videos and training materials for families and staff
