Prepares and serves meals and snack bar items from a steam table, grill, snack bar window or mobile station. Leads the work of food service cafeteria workers. Operate dishwashing machine, account for dishes and silverware. Serve meals in accordance with site eal times. Receives food orders/dates received items. Completes food logs and temperature logs. Keeps accurate inventory of food items. Carries out the work plan for the day when the manager is not there. Position hours are adjusted throughout the year based on customer participation volume.
One (1) year food service experience
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
AZ Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
Completion of a Health Department Food Service Operator’s Certificate within three months from date of hire.
Post-offer/pre-employment physical exam and lift test
Documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening test, administered within 12 months before the start date.
