Monument Academy, a Charter School in Monument, Colorado, is seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual to serve as the Chief Operating Officer for the 2019-2020 school year. The COO will provide executive leadership for the school's operational functions to ensure legally sound and effective management practices. The COO will be responsible for the oversight of all business, financial and facilities departments at Monument Academy and to ensure the smooth running of daily operations of the school.
Applicants must have proven leadership and organizational abilities, and a strong understanding of school operations, managing the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, systems and structures.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required in the area of business, organization management or other related field with three to five years of school operations experience.
Master’s degree desirable.
Special Knowledge/Skills: Advanced knowledge of school operations, budgeting and organizational procedures.
Salary Range: Negotiable depending upon experience and education
