JOB SUMMARY Guadalupe Charter School is composed of innovative, dynamic, and professional faculty members. The Assessment Coordinator is a faculty member whose main priority is organizing, administering and overseeing all aspects of assessments pertaining to the school’s state requirements. The Assessment Coordinator works directly with the Leadership Team, classroom teachers, and administration in fulfilling all duties as described below. As a member of the faculty, the Assessment Coordinator is part of the larger Guadalupe School agency, and therefore is expected to follow the requirements of Guadalupe Charter School’s mission, goal, and objectives when interacting with students, parents, staff, and the community.
DUTIES • Attend all required meetings. These include state and school meetings • Learn the state assessment tools, organize and follow the school assessment calendar • Maintain all school records correct within the state requirements • Assist teachers with administering state required assessments (including but not limited to Acadience and SAGE) • Providing professional learning with regard to school and state assessment as needed • Support and enhance the work of Guadalupe School’s mission. • Demonstrate professional practices and responsibilities. • And all other duties as assigned
