  • School, clinical or counseling psychology degree
  • Experience or training in the following:
    1. Diagnosis of affective and cognitive disorders
    2. Instructional program planning/implementation
    3. Crisis counseling, affective education
    4. Behavior management
    5. Current educational technology
    6. Child abuse
  • Public School Experience
  • Doctorate in appropriate field in education
  1. Assume role as a member of a child study team
  2. Administer, score and interpret psychological assessments; observe child
  3. Provide short-term counseling and consultation services for students staffed to his/her caseload
  4. Provide consultation services relating to children with disabilities
  5. Write and keep appropriate, accurate reports and records
  6. Chair and record staffings and annual reviews
  7. Evaluated on ability to conduct fair, professional, credible evaluations
  8. Perform any and all other responsibilities as assigned by the Director
