Specifically for this position, duties include: •Plan and deliver reading and writing instruction to Tier II and III K-4 students •Assist other staff in planning and delivering intervention using the principles and guidelines of RTI •Train staff, organize, and administer assessments to students, including the management and use of the data •Communicate and collaborate with grade level teams and build-level and district-level PLC’s to advance student learning •Provide PD to staff at both the building and system wide levels in areas related to literacy assessment, instruction, and intervention
