Elementary Teacher

Layton Christian Academy is a pre K-12th grade private Christian school and a ministry of Christian Life Center. Located approximately 40 minutes north of Salt Lake City, Layton Christian Academy is in a prime location to be accessible to students from neighboring cities, as well as Hill Air Force Base. With some 20+ countries represented, Layton Christian Academy has a diverse population of students, primarily in the high school (grades 9-12). Layton Christian Academy’s elementary school provides its students with the foundation they need to build upon to grow in all core subject areas, as well as in special areas, such as music, foreign language and technology. Elementary teachers at Layton Christian Academy are responsible for creating a safe and inviting learning environment for their students. Their focus should be on introducing and expanding upon material to address the needs of all learners in their classroom. They need to be creative , energetic and motivating as they strive to help their students grow both academically and spiritually.
