Instructional Assistant - English as Second Language - Johnson ES

Essential Duties Under the guidance of the teacher, this individual assists with all aspects of instructional programming including helping to produce instructional materials, maintain the smooth functioning of the classroom, prepare the classroom for instruction, and work with individual students or small groups when assigned.

Monitors students as designated Provides one on one instruction with students when directed by the teacher Assists with instruction as supervised by the teacher Collects data on student performance and progress directed by the teacher Assists with collecting and distributing materials as directed by teacher Performs other duties as assigned
