Long-Term Substitute Teacher - Diagnostic Prescriptive Teacher
Job Summary: Crescent Lake School is looking for an experienced educator to fill in as a long-term substitute DPT. This position will begin on October 5, 2026 and is anticipated to last until the December break. Responsibilities include testing students, writing IEPs, attending staff meetings, running family meetings, creating materials to support students' needs, and meeting with the special education team, along with general duties and student supervision.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have special education/DPT experience and hold a New Hampshire certification for Special Education as well as a Bachelor's Degree.
Working Conditions: This is a long-term substitute position anticipated dates are 10/5/2026 through late December 2026. Crescent Lake School serves students in grades 3-6.
