Job Description: Work independently and collaboratively with staff and team members in providing support for software, hardware and peripherals in an educational setting.
Qualifications: REQUIRED:
- Extensive macOS experience / ability to perform Apple hardware repairs (ACMT certification or ability to get certified)
- Knowledge to troubleshoot G-Suite Issues
- Knowledge to repair and troubleshoot ChromeBooks
- Ability to troubleshoot AV systems (projectors/speakers/document cameras)
- Be able to stay current with ever-changing technology and IT solutions
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds
- Able to climb ladders
- Must have vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between locations
- Desire to learn and develop new skills
Desired:
- Experience with MDM solutions - Experience with package management solutions like Munki
