•Coordinate with other Coaches and administrators in supervising data gathering, aid in creating intervention strategies, provide guidance to teachers and staff, and organize professional growth opportunities. •Personalized guidance through small group intervention sessions. Maintains an ESE IEP caseload of students based on grade-level assignments. •Model demonstration lessons, facilitate co-teaching, and engage in curriculum development focused on standards-based instruction. •Organize staff development sessions that prioritize the implementation of reading instruction/intervention to improve overall learning outcomes. Facilitate collaborative instructional planning. •Performs other duties as assigned by the school principal.
Minimum qualifications: A Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred, certified in the State of Florida/ESE endorsed. Candidates should possess high organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with students and adults, use technology, and work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
