Requirements:

• Capable of lifting 50 pounds
• Knowledge of boilers and controls, return systems and ventilation systems
• Experience in troubleshooting pneumatic controls; preventive maintenance background
• Proficient at electrical problem solving
• Proficient at plumbing repairs
• Service basic building systems such as door hardware
• Refrigeration license helpful
• Stationary engineer license helpful
• Must be able to function well in a team setting
