Anticipated Opening: Custodian (Second Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

Essential Job Functions

• Performs tasks to keep school buildings and grounds in orderly, neat, and clean condition such as clearing/disposing of trash, cleaning bathrooms and floors, washing windows, dusting furniture and fixtures, mowing grass, and related tasks.
• Performs tasks to maintain buildings and grounds in safe and operable condition, such as making minor repairs to property as requested, clearing snow and ice, and related tasks.
• Opens and closes building and ensures that all doors and windows are closed and securely locked prior to leaving.
• Inspects equipment and facilities, and recommends repair or replacement action to supervisor.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Physical and Mental Demands

• Ability to withstand heights and work in crawl spaces.
• Occasional strenuous physical work.
• Occasional work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.

Qualification Profile

• High School Diploma.
• Motor Vehicle Operator's license.
• Black Seal (preferred)

Salary Range: $60,00 - $75,000
