Middletown Township Public Schools is looking for a qualified nurse t****o promote health and safety in the middle school environment and provide health services to students, faculty and staff.

Qualifications:

• NJ School Nurse certificate or eligibility required
• Demonstrated expertise in school health nursing practice and emergency procedures
• Knowledge of child growth and development, community and family dynamics, current health issues and wellness education
• Knowledge of community health and social services resources and ability to communicate effectively with nonschool health professionals and social service agencies
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
• Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment

The Middletown Township School District offers a competitive salary and benefits package.  

Terms of Employment:

• Replacement Position Salary Range: $60,673 - $87,673 (as per the negotiated contract and commensurate with level of education), Click here for summary of salary and benefits
