Description

Maintain media contacts and issue media advisories about district and school news, events, programs
Write and distribute weekly press releases about district news and events
Cover school and district events, including monthly BOE meetings, for photos and articles. Work with school publicity liaisons to get additional coverage
Maintain district web content for news and information sections by posting and updating at least weekly. Post emergency notices on web site as needed
Design print materials for district as needed
Produce special projects including videos, referendums/budget materials, presentations
Advise superintendent and administrators on public relations matters as needed
Oversee and complete necessary documents and reports for non-public students and AIL.
Any additional duties as assigned.
