ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop and implement high quality programming for pre-school aged children.
- Support young children with transitions, self-care, toileting, safety; skill development and behavior management.
- Supply early childhood outcomes; positive social relationships; acquisition of knowledge and skills and teaching children to take action to meet own needs.
- As a member of the team, write, manage, implement and monitor progress on IEP's.
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments, as well as use a variety of formative assessments to drive instruction.
- Support inclusion of children with identified special education needs.
- Follow behavior management plans.
- Develop daily theme-based program plans, orchestrate materials and prepare and teach differentiated lessons, as well as poster parent partnerships and involvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience working with young children with and without disabilities (special education), preferred.

CPR/First Aid Certified.

Knowledge of MA Common Core Standards for Preschool and Early Education Curriculum.
