Lunchroom / Playground Paraprofessional

Hours:   2 Hours Per Day - Schedule TBD

Location:  Holmes Elementary

Qualifications (Must meet one of the following requirements):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children of all ages
• Ability to demonstrate mature judgment, reliability, availability and ethical behavior, including punctuality and confidentiality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long durations of time and walk around large area

 Specific Duties:

• Monitor and Supervise students during lunch and on the playground (inside and outside
• Follow all procedures regarding student behavior as determined by each building administrator
• Assist students with lunches
• Assist students with appropriate clothing for outdoor weather
• Establish and maintain a safe environment for all students
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities designated by the supervisor or building administrator
