CRITERIA:

• Master Degree in School Counseling
• NJ Certification as School Counselor
• Ability to advocate and lead school counseling initiatives to support all students
• Ability to utilize district technology tools effectively to enhance and inform continuous improvement
• Experience with Google, Genesis SIS, Naviance, Realtime preferred
• Experience with high school counseling, attendance, discipline, I&RS, family engagement, and school climate initiatives preferred.

SALARY RANGE: $68,890 - $99,701
