CRITERIA:

• NJ Elementary Teacher Certificate Standard or Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS)

• Strong understanding of the NJ Learning Standards in ELA

• Ability to work in a collaborative setting

• Ability to differentiate instruction

• Exemplary academic credentials and references          

• Previous experience working with elementary school students

• Knowledge of and experience in providing targeted interventions for at-risk and struggling students preferred

• Excellent written and oral communication skills preferred
