Elementary Secretary (Category 2 / 10 months) Position Available: 8/17/2026 - 6/30/2027

Qualifications:

High School Diploma(GED)
Strong emphasis on computer literacy (experience with Ed Data, Genesis, Frontline, HIBster, Google Suite) preferred
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Previous experience within a school district preferred
Knowledge of basic office practice and procedures
Demonstrate competence for assigned responsibilities and leadership qualities; ability to make decisions independently
Excellent organizational skills
Such equivalent combinations of related experience and training as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

The Middletown Township School District offers a competitive salary and benefits package Salary Guide: (Category 2 / 10 months) $45,585 - $56,831 (plus any longevity for which a successful candidate may qualify)

Terms of Employment:

Terms pursuant to the MTEA Collective Bargaining agreement, Category 2 / 10 months position
Salary range: $45,585 - $56,831 (as per the negotiated contract and commensurate with experience)
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for medical, prescription and dental benefits on the first day of hire.
