• High School Diploma or equivalent; 60 or more college credits required
• Ability to work with struggling learners at the elementary level
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and follow teacher directions
• Ability to communicate effectively with at risk children
• Assist students with organizational skills and academic support in content areas
• Demonstrated patience and a willingness to learn
• Patient, flexible and alert to student safety
• Experience working with Elementary School students preferred
• Computer proficiency preferred
